Convenient location but disappointing experience
I booked a Budget Single Room for one night, and while check-in was straightforward, the overall experience left much to be desired. The property felt unkempt, and there were unsettling signs of homelessness in the parking area, which made me uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place until improvements are made in cleanliness and security.

I arrived early just to secure a room after my meetings. The bathroom was not clean, with dirt on the floor. The bed was hard, making it tough to find comfort. Despite all that, I pushed through being a single traveler from New York.
